ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน
เมื่อคุณใช้ fattyuncle.com ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้ ถ้าไม่ยอมรับ ขอให้งดใช้เว็บ ถ้าฉบับภาษาไทยกับภาษาอังกฤษไม่ตรงกัน ให้ยึดฉบับภาษาไทย
1. คู่มือร้านนี้คืออะไร
fattyuncle.com รวมร้านจากคลิปของลุงอ้วน พร้อมลิงก์คลิปและแผนที่ ให้คุณใช้หาร้านไปกินเองได้ฟรี สำหรับการใช้งานส่วนตัว
2. ข้อมูลร้านอาจเปลี่ยนได้
ลุงเล่าตามที่ไปกินมาจริงในวันที่ถ่ายคลิป แต่ร้านอาจเปลี่ยนเวลาเปิดปิด ราคา เมนู ย้ายที่ หรือปิดไปแล้ว รสชาติและบริการก็อาจไม่เหมือนวันที่ลุงไป ก่อนออกเดินทาง ควรเช็กกับร้านหรือ Google Maps อีกครั้ง ความเห็นในคลิปเป็นความเห็นส่วนตัวของลุง เราพยายามให้ข้อมูลถูกต้อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าข้อมูลทุกร้านถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ

3. บัญชีสมาชิก (เปิดเร็ว ๆ นี้)
- ใช้ข้อมูลจริงที่เป็นของคุณ และดูแลอีเมล เบอร์โทร หรือบัญชี Google ที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบให้ปลอดภัย
- อย่าบอกรหัส 6 หลักที่ได้ทางอีเมลหรือ SMS กับใคร ทีมลุงอ้วนจะไม่มีวันขอรหัสนี้จากคุณ
- เราอาจระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ใช้ผิดข้อตกลงนี้ หรือผิดกฎหมาย
- คุณลบบัญชีเองได้ทุกเมื่อที่หน้า "บัญชีของฉัน" ดูรายละเอียดในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
4. สิทธิพิเศษและคูปองสำหรับสมาชิก
- สิทธิพิเศษ ส่วนลด และคูปอง อาจเปลี่ยน หยุด หรือหมดได้ตามที่เราแจ้งบนเว็บ
- คูปองแต่ละใบมีเงื่อนไขของตัวเอง เช่น วันหมดอายุ ร้านที่ร่วมรายการ และจำนวนครั้งที่ใช้ได้ ใช้ตามเงื่อนไขของคูปองนั้น
- คูปองแลกเป็นเงินสดไม่ได้ และห้ามซื้อขายหรือโอนต่อ เว้นแต่คูปองนั้นจะบอกว่าทำได้
- ร้านที่ร่วมรายการรับผิดชอบอาหาร สินค้า และบริการของร้านเอง
- ถ้าสิทธิพิเศษผูกกับการเป็นผู้สนับสนุน YouTube Membership หรือ Facebook Subscription ของลุงอ้วน สิทธินั้นใช้ได้เฉพาะช่วงที่คุณยังเป็นผู้สนับสนุน และการชำระเงินเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของ YouTube หรือ Meta
- ถ้าเราพบการใช้สิทธิผิดเงื่อนไข เราอาจยกเลิกสิทธิหรือคูปองนั้น
5. สิ่งที่ห้ามทำ
- ดึงข้อมูลจากเว็บจำนวนมากด้วยบอทหรือสคริปต์ (scraping) เพื่อเอาไปใช้ต่อโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- พยายามเจาะระบบ รบกวนการทำงานของเว็บ หรือเข้าส่วนที่ไม่ได้เปิดให้ใช้
- สร้างบัญชีปลอม แอบอ้างเป็นคนอื่น หรือสร้างหลายบัญชีเพื่อเอาคูปองเพิ่ม
- ใช้เว็บทำสิ่งที่ผิดกฎหมาย ส่งสแปม หรือละเมิดสิทธิของคนอื่น
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ชื่อ โลโก้ คลิป รูป และข้อความบนเว็บนี้ เป็นของลุงอ้วน กินกะเที่ยว หรือของเจ้าของสิทธิที่อนุญาตให้ใช้ ชื่อและเครื่องหมายของร้านเป็นของร้านนั้น ๆ คุณแชร์ลิงก์หน้าเว็บและคลิปได้ตามสบาย แต่ห้ามคัดลอกเนื้อหาไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
7. ลิงก์และบริการภายนอก
เว็บนี้มีลิงก์และคลิปจาก YouTube, TikTok, Facebook และ Google Maps ซึ่งเป็นไปตามข้อตกลงและนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการนั้น เราไม่ได้ควบคุมเนื้อหาของเว็บภายนอก
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
เราให้บริการเว็บตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ เว็บอาจหยุดชั่วคราวหรือมีข้อผิดพลาดได้ เท่าที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาต ลุงอ้วนไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้ข้อมูลร้าน การเดินทาง หรืออาหารและบริการของร้าน ข้อนี้ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดที่กฎหมายห้ามจำกัด
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง
เราอาจแก้ไขข้อตกลงนี้ และจะเปลี่ยนวันที่มีผลด้านบน ถ้าเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งบนเว็บหรือแจ้งสมาชิกทางอีเมล การใช้เว็บต่อหลังจากนั้นถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงใหม่
10. กฎหมายที่ใช้

Terms of Service
By using fattyuncle.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.
1. What this guide is
fattyuncle.com lists the restaurants from Fatty Uncle's videos, with video links and maps, so you can find them and go eat. It is free to use for personal purposes.
2. Restaurant information can change
Uncle tells it as he found it on the day of filming, but restaurants can change their hours, prices or menus, move, or close, and food and service may differ from his visit. Please check with the restaurant or Google Maps before you go. Opinions in the videos are Uncle's own. We try to keep information accurate but can't guarantee every listing is correct and up to date.

3. Member accounts (coming soon)
- Use real details that belong to you, and keep the email, phone or Google account you sign in with secure.
- Never share the 6-digit code we send you. The Fatty Uncle team will never ask for it.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
- You can delete your account at any time on the "My account" page. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Member perks and coupons
- Perks, discounts and coupons may change, end or run out, as announced on the site.
- Each coupon has its own conditions, such as expiry date, participating restaurants and number of uses. Those conditions apply.
- Coupons have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred unless the coupon says so.
- Participating restaurants are responsible for their own food, products and service.
- Perks linked to a Fatty Uncle YouTube Membership or Facebook Subscription apply only while your support is active, and payments are governed by YouTube's or Meta's terms.
- We may cancel perks or coupons that are misused.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- bulk-collect data from the site with bots or scripts (scraping) for reuse without permission
- try to break into, disrupt or access parts of the site that aren't open to you
- create fake accounts, impersonate others, or use multiple accounts to get extra coupons
- use the site for anything illegal, for spam, or to infringe others' rights
6. Intellectual property
The names, logo, videos, photos and text on this site belong to Fatty Uncle (ลุงอ้วน กินกะเที่ยว) or to rights holders who allow us to use them. Restaurant names and marks belong to the restaurants. You are welcome to share links to pages and videos, but don't copy content for commercial use without written permission.
7. Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Google Maps, which have their own terms and policies. We don't control third-party content.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is and may be unavailable or contain errors at times. To the extent Thai law allows, Fatty Uncle is not liable for indirect loss, or for loss arising from use of restaurant information, travel, or a restaurant's food and service. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. For important changes we will post a notice on the site or email members. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
