1. ใครดูแลข้อมูลของคุณ
ลุงอ้วน กินกะเที่ยว (Fatty Uncle) ประเทศไทย เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเว็บ fattyuncle.com และเครื่องมือของทีมที่อยู่ภายใต้ fattyuncle.com

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
เมื่อคุณเปิดเว็บ
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคที่เบราว์เซอร์ส่งมาตามปกติ เช่น IP address ประเภทอุปกรณ์และเบราว์เซอร์ หน้าที่เปิด และเวลาที่เข้า ข้อมูลนี้ผ่านระบบของ Cloudflare ที่เราใช้ดูแลความปลอดภัยของเว็บและนับยอดเข้าชมแบบรวม
- ภาษาที่คุณเลือก (ไทย/อังกฤษ) เว็บจำไว้ในเครื่องของคุณเอง ไม่ได้ส่งมาที่เรา

- บันทึกความยินยอม: คุณยินยอมเรื่องอะไร เมื่อไร และกับนโยบายฉบับไหน
- วันที่สมัคร วันที่เข้าใช้ล่าสุด และสิทธิพิเศษหรือคูปองที่คุณได้รับและใช้

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร และใช้ฐานทางกฎหมายอะไร

4. ข่าวสารและโปรโมชัน (ไม่บังคับ)
การรับข่าว ร้านใหม่ คลิปใหม่ โปรโมชัน คูปอง และดีลจากร้านพันธมิตร ทางอีเมลหรือ SMS เป็นตัวเลือกแยกต่างหาก ไม่ติ๊กไว้ให้ล่วงหน้า และไม่ใช่เงื่อนไขของการสมัครสมาชิก ดีลจากร้านพันธมิตร ลุงเป็นคนส่งเอง เราไม่ส่งข้อมูลของคุณให้ร้านพันธมิตร คุณถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยกดลิงก์ยกเลิกท้ายอีเมล ปิดการรับข่าวที่หน้า "บัญชีของฉัน" หรือส่งอีเมลมาบอกเรา
5. YouTube API Services และข้อมูลผู้ใช้ Google
ทีมลุงอ้วนมีเครื่องมือภายในที่ใช้ YouTube API Services เพื่อดูแลช่อง YouTube ของลุงอ้วนเอง คือ อ่านสถิติของช่อง (YouTube Analytics) และอัปโหลดคลิปขึ้นช่องของลุงอ้วน เครื่องมือนี้ใช้ได้เฉพาะบัญชีของทีมลุงอ้วน ไม่ได้เปิดให้คนทั่วไปใช้
- เมื่อใช้เครื่องมือนี้ ผู้ใช้ตกลงตามข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการของ YouTube และข้อมูลจะได้รับการดูแลตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Google ด้วย
- ข้อมูลที่ได้จาก Google คือ สิทธิ์เข้าถึง (OAuth token) ข้อมูลช่อง และรายงานสถิติของช่องลุงอ้วน ใช้เพื่อดูสถิติและอัปโหลดคลิปของช่องลุงอ้วนเท่านั้น
- เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่ส่งต่อข้อมูลผู้ใช้ Google ให้ใคร และไม่ใช้เพื่อโฆษณา
- สิทธิ์เข้าถึงเก็บไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราแบบเข้ารหัส และลบเมื่อยกเลิกสิทธิ์หรือไม่ต้องใช้แล้ว ข้อมูลสถิติที่ดึงมาเก็บเท่าที่จำเป็น และลบหรืออัปเดตตามนโยบายของ YouTube API Services
- ยกเลิกสิทธิ์เข้าถึงได้ทุกเมื่อที่หน้าการเข้าถึงของบัญชี Google
ถ้าคุณเข้าสู่ระบบสมาชิกด้วย Google เราได้รับแค่ชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์ และใช้เพื่อสร้างและดูแลบัญชีสมาชิกของคุณเท่านั้น

เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของผู้ให้บริการบางรายอยู่นอกประเทศไทย เช่น สหรัฐอเมริกาและสิงคโปร์ เราเลือกผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม และส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศตามที่ PDPA กำหนด
7. เก็บข้อมูลนานแค่ไหน
- บัญชีสมาชิก เก็บตลอดที่คุณยังเป็นสมาชิก เมื่อคุณลบบัญชีหรือขอให้ลบ เราลบภายใน 30 วัน หากเราปิดบัญชีของคุณ เราเก็บข้อมูลไว้ 6 เดือน แล้วลบ (ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่ต้องเก็บไว้ตามกฎหมาย)
- รหัส 6 หลัก หมดอายุภายในไม่กี่นาที และลบเมื่อใช้ยืนยันเสร็จ
- ข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบ (session) เก็บจนคุณออกจากระบบ หรือจนหมดเวลาการเข้าสู่ระบบ
- บันทึกความปลอดภัย (IP address อุปกรณ์ และเวลาที่เข้าสู่ระบบ) เก็บ 90 วัน
- บันทึกความยินยอม เก็บไว้ตลอดที่เป็นสมาชิก และต่ออีกไม่เกิน 3 ปีหลังบัญชีถูกลบหรือปิด หรือหลังถอนความยินยอม เพื่อใช้แสดงว่าเราได้รับความยินยอมจริง
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคและสถิติ เก็บไม่นาน ตามระยะเวลาของระบบ Cloudflare และใช้ในรูปแบบรวมเท่านั้น
- ข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บ เราเก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด
8. สิทธิของคุณ
ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิ
- ขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณ
- ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ขอลบ หรือขอให้ทำข้อมูลให้ระบุตัวคุณไม่ได้
- ขอระงับการใช้ หรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล
- ขอรับหรือขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล
- ถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยไม่กระทบสิ่งที่ทำไปก่อนถอน
- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ที่ pdpc.or.th
ส่งคำขอมาที่ fattyuncle2499@gmail.com เราอาจขอยืนยันตัวตนก่อน และจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน
เมื่อเปิดระบบสมาชิกแล้ว สมาชิกดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลหรือลบบัญชีได้เองที่หน้า "บัญชีของฉัน" หรือจะส่งอีเมลมาขอก็ได้
9. คุกกี้และข้อมูลที่เก็บในเครื่องของคุณ
- ตอนนี้เว็บใช้ที่เก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์ (localStorage) แค่จำภาษาที่คุณเลือก
- Cloudflare อาจตั้งคุกกี้ที่จำเป็นต่อความปลอดภัยของเว็บ ส่วนการนับสถิติการเข้าชมไม่ใช้คุกกี้
- คลิป YouTube และ TikTok ที่ฝังในหน้าร้าน มาจากเว็บของผู้ให้บริการนั้น และอาจตั้งคุกกี้ของเขาเองตามนโยบายของเขา
- ระบบสมาชิกจะใช้คุกกี้ที่จำเป็นต่อการเข้าสู่ระบบ
- ตอนนี้เรายังไม่ได้เปิด Google Analytics ถ้าจะเปิดหรือใช้คุกกี้สถิติเพิ่ม เราจะอัปเดตหน้านี้และขอความยินยอมจากคุณก่อน

10. เด็ก
คู่มือร้านเปิดให้ทุกคนอ่านได้ ถ้าคุณอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี ควรให้ผู้ปกครองรับรู้และยินยอมก่อนสมัครสมาชิก เราไม่ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 10 ปี ถ้าพบว่ามี เราจะลบ
11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายนี้
ถ้าเราแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ เราจะเปลี่ยนวันที่มีผลด้านบน ถ้าเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งบนเว็บ หรือแจ้งสมาชิกทางอีเมล และจะขอความยินยอมใหม่เมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด

Privacy Policy
This page explains what data Fatty Uncle collects, what we use it for, how long we keep it and what your rights are under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.

1. Who looks after your data
Fatty Uncle (ลุงอ้วน กินกะเที่ยว), Thailand, is the data controller for fattyuncle.com and the team tools under fattyuncle.com.

2. What we collect
When you visit the site
- Technical data your browser normally sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and time of visit. This goes through Cloudflare, which we use to keep the site secure and to count visits in aggregate.
- Your language choice (Thai/English), which is stored in your own browser and not sent to us.
- If you tap "Near me" or "My location", your browser asks first. Your location is only used on your device to sort restaurants. We don't store it.
When you sign up or sign in as a member (coming soon)
- Your email address, phone number or Google profile (name, email and profile picture), depending on the method you choose.
- The display name you choose and the restaurants you save as favourites.
- The 6-digit codes (OTP) we send by email or SMS, kept only briefly.
- Sign-in sessions and security logs, such as IP address, device and browser, and sign-in times, to keep you signed in and protect your account from misuse.
- Consent records: what you agreed to, when and which version of this policy.
- Sign-up date, last sign-in, and the perks or coupons you receive and use.
If we later let you link your Fatty Uncle YouTube Membership or Facebook Subscription to your member account for perks, we will explain it and ask for your separate consent first.
When you contact us, we keep what you send, such as your name, email and message.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- Running the site and member accounts, such as verifying you, signing you in and giving perks: performing our agreement with you.
- Security, such as stopping spam, coupon abuse and attacks: our legitimate interests.
- Aggregate usage statistics to improve the guide: our legitimate interests.
- News, new places and clips, promotions, coupons and partner deals by email or SMS: only with your consent.
- Legal requirements, such as lawful requests from authorities: legal obligation.
4. Marketing is optional
Getting news, new places and clips, promotions, coupons and partner deals by email or SMS is a separate choice. It is never pre-ticked and is not a condition of membership. Partner deals are sent by us. We never pass your details to partners. You can withdraw at any time: use the unsubscribe link in our emails, switch it off on the "My account" page, or email us.
5. YouTube API Services and Google user data
The Fatty Uncle team uses an internal tool that relies on YouTube API Services to manage Fatty Uncle's own YouTube channels: reading channel statistics (YouTube Analytics) and uploading videos to Fatty Uncle's channels. Only Fatty Uncle team accounts can use it. It is not open to the public.
- By using this tool, users agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and data is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
- The Google data we receive is an access token (OAuth), channel details and statistics reports for Fatty Uncle's channels. We use it only to view statistics and upload videos for Fatty Uncle's channels.
- We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted on our server and deleted when access is revoked or no longer needed. Statistics are kept only as long as needed and are deleted or refreshed in line with the YouTube API Services policies.
- You can revoke access at any time on your Google Account permissions page.
If you sign in as a member with Google, we receive only your name, email and profile picture, and use them only to create and run your member account.
Fatty Uncle's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Service providers and transfers abroad
These providers process data for us, only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and visit statistics.
- Google: Sign in with Google, YouTube and our team email.
- Email and SMS providers: sending 6-digit codes and messages you agreed to receive. We will name them on this page before member sign-in opens.
Some providers' servers are outside Thailand, for example in the United States and Singapore. We choose providers with appropriate data protection safeguards and transfer data abroad as the PDPA requires.
7. How long we keep data
- Member accounts: for as long as you are a member. When you delete your account or ask us to, we delete it within 30 days. If we close your account, we keep its data for 6 months, then delete it (except what the law requires us to keep).
- 6-digit codes: expire within minutes and are deleted once used.
- Sign-in sessions: until you sign out or the session expires.
- Security logs (IP address, device and sign-in times): 90 days.
- Consent records: while you are a member and for up to 3 years after your account is deleted or closed, or you withdraw consent, so we can show that consent was given.
- Technical data and statistics: kept briefly, per Cloudflare's system retention, and used only in aggregate.
- Anything the law requires us to keep, we keep for the period the law sets.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can:
- access and get a copy of your data
- correct data that is wrong or out of date
- ask us to delete or anonymise your data
- restrict or object to our use of your data
- receive or move your data to another service
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before
- complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at pdpc.or.th
Send requests to fattyuncle2499@gmail.com. We may need to confirm who you are, and we reply within 30 days.
Once member sign-in opens, members can download their data or delete their account themselves on the "My account" page, or email us.
9. Cookies and data stored on your device
- The site currently uses browser storage (localStorage) only to remember your language.
- Cloudflare may set cookies needed for site security. Visit counting does not use cookies.
- YouTube and TikTok videos embedded on restaurant pages come from those services and may set their own cookies under their own policies.
- Member sign-in will use cookies needed to keep you signed in.
- We have not turned on Google Analytics. If we add it or other statistics cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
You can delete cookies and stored data in your browser settings.
10. Children
Anyone can read the guide. If you are under 20, please get a parent's or guardian's agreement before signing up as a member. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 10. If we find any, we delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the effective date above. For important changes we will post a notice on the site or email members, and ask for new consent where the law requires it.
